Located in the Greater Niagara Region on the Erie Canal, Porches of Pendleton Bed & Breakfast combines the best of Victorian elegance with 21st century luxuries to create a unique lodging experience in the center of an incredible region. Sit back and enjoy the porch swing as you savor a cup of complimentary gourmet coffee, tea or soda all while taking in a magnificent view of the historic Erie Canal.

All of our rooms are air conditioned, have wireless internet, irons and hairdryers. Docking facilities are available for boaters and kayakers. Public tennis courts are located 1.5 miles down the road. All guests are welcome to enjoy the living room, library, front or back porches, area grounds, or dock. Kayaks are also on site for guest use free of charge.
